Lewis, of Glanvilles, died following an incident at Lion’s Estate in the early hours of Monday, March 16. Police said he allegedly entered a residence where a confrontation occurred, during which he sustained a wound to the lower part of his body. Emergency personnel responded, but he was pronounced dead at about 8:38 a.m. Investigations remain ongoing.

One cousin described him as “a very affectionate, loving, kind, hard working man,” adding that he was known for treating others with respect and maintaining close ties with his family. She said he was originally from Giraudel and Eggleston in Dominica and later moved to Antigua, where he worked as a mechanic and built a life with his wife.
