Police have launched a murder investigation following a search at a home in Potter’s Village on Friday morning.

Officers from the CID Task Force and Serious Crime Unit executed a warrant around 4:30am in the presence of a woman and a man.

During the operation, police seized a quantity of suspected cannabis and a mobile phone.

The woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to St John’s Police Station for questioning. Investigations are ongoing.
