Police have arrested and charged 37-year-old Jamal Joseph of #3 George Street, Green Bay for the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, following a stop-and-search operation in the area.
Around 1:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, officers attached to the Grays Farm Police Station were responding to a report in the Green Bay community when they intercepted a vehicle on George Street. During the search of the vehicle, officers discovered one .25 Beretta pistol and two rounds of .25 ammunition.
Joseph was arrested and taken into police custody. He was later formally charged with Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Ammunition.
