Dr. Donaldson’s core teaching philosophy is centered on student-centric, transformative learning that fosters critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and real-world application. He views education not merely as the transmission of content, but as a dynamic, collaborative process. Dr. Donaldson truly believes in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles, where students are challenged to grapple with complex ideas, while becoming reflective, independent thinkers.

Dr. Donaldson wishes to thank his family and friends for their love, support and encouragement throughout his academic journey. Also, he expresses sincere gratitude to the PM scholarship program for their assistance.
