    Kia Kirwan to Represent Antigua and Barbuda Wednesday in Caribbean Queen Pageant in St. Maarten

    Antigua and Barbuda will be represented at the Miss St. Maarten Carnival Caribbean Queen Pageant 2026, set for Wednesday, April 15 at the St. Maarten Carnival Village.

    The regional pageant, scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., will be held under the theme “Queens of Sun & Sail.” Organizers say the event will feature delegates from across the Caribbean in a celebration of beauty, culture and regional pride.

    According to promotional material for the show, contestants are expected from Anguilla, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius, Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados.

    The Antigua and Barbuda delegate is listed as Kia Kirwan.

    The event is being presented by the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation. Admission is listed at US$25, with the show taking place at St. Maarten Carnival Village.

    Promotional material describes the pageant as “a celebration of women from all corners of the Caribbean, showcasing the diversity and excellence that defines a modern queen.”
