    Public Urged to Get Moving as MBS Launches ‘Sneakers on the Move 2026’ Wellness Campaign

    MBS launches Sneakers on the Move 2026 with school tour, sneakers week and street jam

    The Medical Benefits Scheme has rolled out Sneakers on the Move 2026, a public wellness campaign aimed at encouraging physical activity, supporting mental wellness, and promoting healthy coping habits.

    This year’s activities include the Move for Mental Wellness School Tour from 21 to 28 April and 11 May, Wear Your Sneakers Week from 5 to 8 May, and the Sweat to the Beat Street Jam on 7 May.

    MBS said the campaign is intended to engage students, staff, and the wider public in practical, visible ways that support healthier lifestyles and overall well-being.
