    High Court to Close Early on Election Day

    The High Court of Justice of Antigua and Barbuda hereby informs the public that on Thursday, April 30, 2026, which has been designated as Election Day, the Court will close at 12:00 noon.

    Please be advised that all matters scheduled before the High Court, including those in the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions, will be adjourned on that date.

    Attorneys and litigants will be formally notified of their respective adjourned dates in due course. Notwithstanding, all concerned parties are strongly encouraged to contact the Court directly to confirm their new hearing dates or to obtain any necessary clarification.

    The Court appreciates the cooperation and understanding of the public during this time.
