The shortlisted candidates for Customer Service Excellence – Company include leading hotels, resorts, and key public-facing agencies such as the Customs & Excise Division and the Department of Immigration. Private sector nominees range from boutique hotels like Siboney Beach Club and Trade Winds Hotel to larger properties including Sandals Grande Antigua, Royalton Antigua, Royalton CHIC, and Hermitage Bay. Antigua Cruise Port, Tamarind Hills Resort & Villas, Mill Reef Club and The Verandah Antigua also made the list.

In the Tour Guide of the Year – Company category, nominees are Antigua and Barbuda National Parks Authority, Antigua Rum Experience, and South Coast Horizons, each recognised for delivering engaging and culturally rich visitor experiences.

The winners will be revealed on 29 November 2025 at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Awards Gala, to be held at Sandals Grande Antigua. This year’s event, themed “Mirror Ball Gala – A Night to Reflect and Shine,” will celebrate individuals and organisations whose work has strengthened the country’s tourism product.
