    VIDEO: QR-Code Parking Payments Proposed for St. John’s Parking problems

    The government is considering a new parking system in St. John’s that would allow drivers to pay for parking using QR codes, as part of planned reforms aimed at improving traffic flow and making parking more efficient in the city, Tourism and Transportation Minister Charles Max Fernandez said.
