Road improvement works are under way in a housing development behind Radio Lighthouse in Bolans, according to political representative Dwayne George.

Mr George said the roads in the area have already been graded, with ongoing efforts aimed at bringing them up to a higher standard for residents.

He described the works as part of a broader commitment to improving everyday living conditions within the community.

“This is what representation looks like,” Mr George said, pointing to the project as an example of tangible progress rather than rhetoric.

The upgrades are expected to enhance access and mobility for people living in the housing scheme, where road conditions have long been a concern for residents.

No timeline has been given for the completion of the project, but work is continuing.
