Antigua and Barbuda junior cyclist Elite Thomas is heading to Belize to represent the country at the Junior Caribbean Cycling Championships.

Thomas is being accompanied by team manager Timothy Thomas for the regional competition.

The Antigua and Barbuda Cycling Federation announced the trip, highlighting the young cyclist’s journey from training on local roads to representing the twin-island nation on the Caribbean stage.

“From training on our local roads to lining up on the Caribbean stage, this is what dedication looks like,” the federation said.

The federation wished Thomas a strong and safe championship and said the entire ABCF family is supporting him as he competes in Belize.
