    Darien Isaac Convicted in $536K Cannabis Trafficking Case

    Darien Isaac has been found guilty of drug trafficking in a judge-only trial before Justice Ann-Marie Smith.

    The conviction relates to a 2020 counter-narcotics operation at Deep Water Harbour, where authorities seized over 40 pounds of cannabis hidden in a shipment of household appliances from Canada.

    The drugs, valued at EC $536,500, were discovered by police, K-9 units, and Customs officials.

    Isaac is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3.
