    Two Men Charged in Connection with Sanderson Estate Shooting

    Police have arrested and charged 59-year-old Brian Benjamin of All Saints and 32-year-old Bryan Benjamin of Swetes in connection with a shooting incident that occurred at Sanderson Estate on October 1, 2025.

    Both men are jointly charged with Assault, Wounding, and Battery on Jace Farrell. Brian Benjamin was further charged with Shooting with Intent to Murder Simon Farrell, while Bryan Benjamin faces an additional charge of Threatening Language.

    The incident reportedly stemmed from an altercation on a farm during which two men sustained gunshot injuries. They remain hospitalized in stable condition.

    The police are continuing their investigations and are reminding the public to resolve disputes peacefully and through lawful means.
