    Joanne Smith Sworn In as Member of the Industrial Court

    Ms. Joanne Smith was officially sworn in today as a member of the Industrial Court during a brief ceremony at Government House.

    Governor General Sir Rodney Williams administered the oath of office, marking Smith’s formal appointment to the tribunal responsible for resolving industrial and employment disputes.

    Family and friends attended the ceremony in support of Smith, whose appointment adds to the court’s continued work in upholding fairness and justice in labour relations.
