Hopeful Hearts Foundation, in collaboration with the Caribbean Students Association

In observance of the Easter season, the Hopeful Hearts Foundation, in collaboration with the Caribbean Students Association (CASA) of the American University of Antigua (AUA) and Chef Mint, successfully hosted a community food distribution initiative at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

The outreach effort resulted in more than 100 individuals receiving warm meals, as the organizations came together to support members of the community through an act of service grounded in compassion and unity.

The initiative was made possible with the support and hospitality of Father Sade, whose partnership played an integral role in facilitating the event.

Founder of the Hopeful Hearts Foundation, Kristine Louisa, emphasized the importance of collective action, noting that initiatives such as these reflect the true spirit of Easter.

“This effort represents what Easter is truly about: giving, service, and community. We are grateful to our partners and all those who contributed to making this initiative a success,” she said.

The collaboration highlights the impact of partnerships between local organizations and student groups in addressing immediate needs while fostering a sense of togetherness and care.

The Hopeful Hearts Foundation remains committed to its mission of supporting and uplifting communities across Antigua and Barbuda through meaningful outreach and service initiatives.
