LETTER: Poor internet connection at Public Library

    Good day,

    I need your help.

Let’s see if this is posted publicly or it will help this situation that has been happening for years upon years.

The internet service at the public library is unacceptable and needs urgent attention. It is extremely difficult to complete any meaningful work when the connection drops every 30 seconds.

This is not a minor inconvenience, it disrupts productivity and defeats the purpose of having a reliable public resource for research, study, and professional tasks.

This issue needs to be addressed and resolved immediately.

    Thank you,

    Mya
