    LIAT Air Launches Direct Antigua-Guadeloupe Service

    LIAT Air has launched its inaugural direct service between Antigua and Guadeloupe, expanding regional connectivity and increasing travel options within the Caribbean.

    The airline announced that the new route began operating Friday morning with the first direct flight departing Antigua at 8 a.m. The service will operate twice weekly between Antigua and Guadeloupe.

    In a statement shared on social media, LIAT Air described the launch as “an exciting new chapter for Caribbean connectivity,” adding that the route is aimed at making regional travel easier for business, tourism and cultural exchange.

    “Passengers can now enjoy direct flights between Antigua and Guadeloupe two times a week, opening the door for seamless business travel, weekend escapes, cultural exchange, and unforgettable Caribbean adventures,” the airline said.

    LIAT Air also said the new service forms part of its broader effort to strengthen links across the region and expand opportunities for inter-island travel and tourism.

    The airline thanked passengers, partners and supporters for backing its continued expansion across the Caribbean.
