Friends and supporters of Christopher “Young Luiy” Howell are appealing to the public for assistance to help cover burial expenses following his death.

A fundraising food sale and sponsorship drive has been launched, with organizers seeking contributions for chicken, fish, ribs and drinks sponsorship packages ranging from $50 to $350, according to a flyer circulating on social media.

The flyer describes Howell as “forever in our hearts” and says the effort is aimed at giving him “a dignified and heartfelt farewell.”

In a social media post shared alongside the flyer, one supporter described Howell as “gone but not forgotten” and urged members of the public to contribute or share the appeal. The post stated that the number listed on the flyer connects directly to Howell’s mother.

Persons wishing to donate or sponsor can contact 722-4230 via phone or WhatsApp, according to organizers.

The fundraiser comes as family and friends continue mourning Howell’s passing.
