The Ministry of Works advises the general public that major infrastructure works will be carried out between FADI Building Supplies and Fresh and Eazy Supermarket on All Saints Road (ASR).

The following detour will be implemented after single-lane traffic expires from 7:00 pm on Tuesday, 12th May 2026, until 7:00 am the following morning:

    Travelling out of town

Make a right at Flex Hardware Store to regain access to All Saints Road via Heritage Preschool road.

    Travelling into town

Make a left at D’Cravinz to regain access to St. John’s via Herberts.

Flag persons will be in place to assist with traffic flow.

Certain sections of the detour are one-way traffic zones, as indicated on the map.

Signage along the route will guide commuters travelling in either direction.

Local access will be given to residents in the vicinity of the work site.

Motorists are encouraged to follow all instructions to ensure a cautious and safe passageway, as heavy-duty equipment will be operating near the works.

    All businesses remain open.

The road work is a part of the All Saints Road Project being carried out by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

Stakeholders are asked to adjust their travel plans to allow for delays.

Telephone queries can be made by calling the Project Implementation Management Unit at 562-9173.
