Antigua and Barbuda will serve as the gateway to the Caribbean for Aman at Sea’s first luxury yacht, Amangati, when the vessel arrives in St. John’s to begin its inaugural Caribbean season in November 2027.
The ultra-luxury hospitality brand has opened reservations for a series of five- to eight-night voyages scheduled between November 21, 2027, and January 2, 2028, with Antigua selected as the yacht’s first Caribbean port following a 13-night Atlantic crossing from Spain.
The season begins in St. John’s, where guests will embark on itineraries exploring the Leeward Islands, Windward Islands and Dutch Caribbean. The routes also include a dedicated marina day in Barbuda, alongside stops in destinations including St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Barthélemy, the British Virgin Islands, Sint Maarten, Saba, Montserrat and Anguilla.
Several Windward Islands voyages will also depart directly from St. John’s, reinforcing Antigua’s role as a homeport for the luxury yacht during its Caribbean operations.
Before arriving in Antigua, Amangati will conclude its inaugural Mediterranean season with a transatlantic voyage from Malaga, Spain. The 13-night crossing includes stops in Cadiz and the Azores before making landfall in Antigua.
The 47-suite yacht features oceanfront accommodations with private terraces, four restaurants, a spa, wellness facilities and a marina platform offering water sports. Aman said its Caribbean itineraries will emphasize overnight stays, late departures and curated cultural, culinary and nature-based experiences.
The inaugural Caribbean season will conclude with a New Year’s celebration in Nevis before the yacht continues regional operations.
