Businesswoman Celia Samuel of Go To Enterprises has been elected president of the Antigua and Barbuda Chamber of Commerce for the 2026–2027 term, heading a newly elected board that will lead the organization’s efforts to represent the country’s private sector.

The Chamber announced the results following its elections, describing the new leadership as a diverse team of business professionals committed to supporting businesses of all sizes, strengthening partnerships, and promoting economic growth.

Dr. Errol Samuel of Microcom Ltd. was elected first vice president, while Tamara Lowe-James of Tropical Shipping will serve as second vice president. Jackie Ferracho-Williams of Flower World Ltd. was elected treasurer.

The board also includes directors Ragi Burton of Caribbean Union Bank, Yasmin Ephraim of Pegasus Technologies Inc., Wayne Hull of Liberty Business/FLOW (C&W), and Priscilla Leonce of CIBC.

In a statement, the Chamber congratulated the newly elected board and thanked members who participated in the election process.

The organization said it looks forward to a term focused on innovation, collaboration, and advocacy on behalf of Antigua and Barbuda’s business community.
