The High Court of Justice advises the public that the Civil, Criminal and Family Divisions of the Court will be closed on Friday, 10 July 2026 , due to Exercise STRONGHOLD , the national security exercise being conducted in preparation for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

The exercise is expected to significantly affect access to and from the High Court building because of road closures, traffic diversions and security operations in the surrounding area.

All matters scheduled for Friday, 10 July 2026 have been rescheduled. The Court Registry will notify all parties of their new hearing dates. Persons represented by an attorney should contact their attorney for further information. Self-represented litigants may contact the High Court Registry at (268) 462-3744.

The High Court will resume normal operations on Monday, 13 July 2026.

The Court apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks the public for its understanding and cooperation.
