The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced the launch of its 2026 School Uniform Grant Programme, offering financial assistance to eligible families to help cover the cost of school uniforms for the upcoming academic year.

Applications will be accepted from July 13 through August 28, 2026 at the Multipurpose Center in Antigua.

The ministry said the initiative is intended to ensure that students begin the new school year properly equipped while easing the financial burden on families.

“Every child deserves the opportunity to begin the school year with confidence, and this initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting families while investing in the education and future of our nation’s children,” the ministry said.

Eligible applicants are encouraged to submit their applications before the August 28 deadline.

The programme provides assistance with school uniform expenses and aims to help students start the academic year prepared for success.

For additional information, members of the public can contact the Ministry of Education at 727-2427.
