— Newly crowned Queen of Carnival 2026 Zaine Frederick will represent Antigua and Barbuda at the Bank of Nevis Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant.

Organizers announced Frederick as the country’s delegate just hours after she captured the national Carnival Queen title.

Frederick, who also holds the title of Miss St. John’s Rural West, is a business graduate, entrepreneur and athlete. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and is the founder of Beauty Mark by Zaine.

She plans to promote her initiative, Beyond the Dream , which focuses on empowering young girls through entrepreneurship, leadership development, mentorship, financial literacy and cosmetology training.

A former netball and basketball player, Frederick is also an avid steel pan player. Organizers said she intends to celebrate Antigua and Barbuda’s cultural heritage while encouraging young people to pursue their goals with confidence, determination and integrity.

The Bank of Nevis Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant brings together delegates from across the region to showcase Caribbean culture, talent and leadership. Frederick will now prepare to represent Antigua and Barbuda on the regional stage.
