ST. JOHN’S, Antigua — LIAT Air is celebrating its second anniversary with the launch of LIAT Air Club , a new loyalty programme that allows passengers to earn rewards every time they travel with the airline.

The free programme, which launched Thursday, enables customers to earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible flights. Points can be redeemed for flights, excess baggage and other rewards, while members can unlock additional benefits through four membership levels: Blue, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

To commemorate the milestone, the airline is also allowing passengers who flew with LIAT Air during the past three months to claim points for eligible flights after enrolling in the programme. Customers have until Sept. 30, 2026, to submit retroactive claims.

Chief Executive Officer Hafsah Abdulsalam said the initiative is intended to thank customers for their continued support over the airline’s first two years of operation.

“Today’s launch is our way of saying thank you to the thousands of customers who have supported LIAT Air throughout our journey,” Abdulsalam said. “LIAT Air Club is an investment in our customers, giving back to them by rewarding their loyalty while making travel even more accessible and rewarding.”

The airline said the launch of LIAT Air Club is another step in its continued growth, noting that it has expanded its regional network and strengthened connectivity across the Caribbean since beginning operations two years ago.
