Antigua and Barbuda bikini fitness athlete Tiffany Gordon has earned an opportunity to join the professional ranks after a strong performance at the 53rd Central American and Caribbean Fitness and Bodybuilding Championships in Guatemala.
Gordon won her division before competing against the other category winners in the overall contest. Her performance secured her an IFBB Elite Pro Card, giving her the option to transition from amateur to professional competition.
She has yet to decide whether to accept the card and make the move to the professional circuit.
Gordon was part of a five-member Antigua and Barbuda team at the championships, held from 27 to 31 August. Franklin Carbon, Jonte’ Barnes, Che-Vaughn Ferris and Andrei Phillip also represented the country.
Carbon entered the regional event after winning the senior bodybuilding overall title at Antigua and Barbuda’s National Championships earlier in August.
For Gordon, the Guatemala competition represents a significant milestone and provides a pathway to professional bodybuilding.
