Legal proceedings against Police Sergeant Karim Warner have been delayed once again, with the Magistrate’s Court confirming that a prima facie case has been established.

Warner faces a charge of shooting with intent, stemming from an alleged incident during a dispute over vehicle rental payment. His attorney has presented several legal submissions, with the prosecution responding.

The court is expected to rule on these arguments on June 13, a decision that could determine the case’s direction.
