After decades of dedicated service, Sister Bernadine Hillhouse has officially retired from the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where she served as a Nurse Manager in both the Intensive Care Unit and the Paediatric Department.
Known for her firm standards and deep compassion, Sister Hillhouse was praised for ensuring that patients consistently received the highest quality of care. Her retirement was marked by a special farewell ceremony led by the hospital’s Medical Director and senior nursing staff.
