The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of a 43-year-old man from Bendals.
It was reported that the man was working on a concrete structure at Jennings when a portion of wall collapsed on him.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 5.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene, where the man was subsequently pronounced dead at approximately 7:29 p.m. Further investigations remain ongoing.
Meanwhile, the Police Administration is appealing to contractors, site managers, and construction workers to prioritize safety on all job sites. Workers are urged to wear proper protective gear and adhere to established safety standards to help prevent similar incidents.
