Hurricane Melissa has swept through the Caribbean, leaving widespread damage and casualties in its wake, and is now moving toward Bermuda, which remains under a Hurricane Warning.

As of 08:00 EDT (12:00 UTC) on Thursday, October 30, 2025, the Category 2 storm was located near 26.8°N, 72.7°W – about 605 miles southwest of Bermuda and 295 miles northeast of the central Bahamas.
