JCI Antigua hosted its 11th Annual Professionalism in Customer Care Seminar at the Villa Community Centre last Thursday, bringing together more than 35 participants from several companies and businesses across Antigua and Barbuda.
The seminar underscored the importance of customer care in the day-to-day operations of businesses and highlighted the vital role that service excellence plays in customer satisfaction, business reputation, and organisational success.
