The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) has advised residents in Five Islands, Radio Range and Herberts that waste collection in their communities has been delayed.

In a notice issued Wednesday, the Authority said it is working to resolve the issue and complete collections by Thursday, June 25.

NSWMA thanked residents for their patience and said efforts are being made to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

The Authority also encouraged residents experiencing delayed or missed residential waste collection to contact its hotline at 562-1347.
