    Hot New Luxury Estate Hits the Market at Jumby Bay Island

    Jumby Bay Island has unveiled Coco Beach, a new 22,000-square-foot private beachfront estate available for exclusive rental on the resort’s private island off Antigua.

    The nine-bedroom property sits on five acres and features 200 feet of private beach, a 75-foot infinity pool, ocean views, private padel and tennis courts, wellness facilities and a cinema cottage.

    Accommodating up to 20 guests, the estate is fully staffed with private chefs, butlers and housekeepers. Guests also have access to Jumby Bay’s restaurants, watersports and wellness amenities.

    Coco Beach is now accepting bookings, with weekly rates starting at US$32,000, subject to season and availability.
