    Two Men Detained After Suspected Drug Bust on Pares Main Road

    Police are investigating a suspected drug operation after at least two men were detained during an incident on Pares Main Road late Tuesday night.

    According to preliminary information, officers arrived at the scene after one of the vehicles involved crashed along the roadside. The crash reportedly exposed several pounds of suspected cannabis that were allegedly being transferred between vehicles at the time.

    The incident attracted scores of curious onlookers as police cordoned off the area and carried out their investigation shortly after 10 p.m.

    Officials have not yet confirmed the amount of suspected drugs seized or whether further arrests are expected.
