Caribbean Airlines has been named Best Airline Staff in Central America and the Caribbean at the 2026 World Airline Awards.
The Trinidad and Tobago-based carrier received the recognition from Skytrax, which conducts an international passenger satisfaction survey to determine the winners of its annual airline awards.
Caribbean Airlines celebrated the achievement Friday, saying the recognition reflects the dedication, warmth and professionalism of its employees, as well as the trust and loyalty of its passengers.
“This award belongs to you. Thank you for flying with us and for making this recognition possible,” the airline said in a statement to customers.
The award covers frontline airline employees, including cabin crew and airport staff, and evaluates service provided to passengers throughout their travel experience.
The recognition adds to Caribbean Airlines’ international accolades as the carrier continues operating an extensive network connecting destinations across the Caribbean with North and South America.
Caribbean Airlines is headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago and serves as an important regional carrier, providing connections between several Caribbean islands and major international gateways.
