The Census Office is recruiting workers for Antigua and Barbuda’s 2025 Population and Housing Census, inviting residents seeking employment or extra income ahead of Christmas to apply.

Applicants can join the census team by completing an online application at https://apply.abcensus.com/ or scanning the QR code on the recruitment flyer.

The office says the census will help guide planning for schools, clinics and community services, improve public infrastructure, create jobs and inform policy decisions.

Residents are encouraged to participate when enumerators visit their homes, verify workers’ identification and answer questions honestly. They are also urged to encourage family members and friends to take part.

According to the flyer, official census workers should carry a census photo identification card, wear a census vest and have a tablet.

The office says information collected is strictly confidential, kept secure and used only for statistical purposes.
