The National Solid Waste Management Authority is continuing its Green School Program, engaging students in discussions about plastic waste and the everyday choices that can help reduce it.
In an update on the initiative, the authority said students have been sharing their ideas and views on protecting the environment, including how their own actions can make a difference.
The programme aims to build awareness among young people and encourage habits that contribute to a cleaner Antigua and Barbuda.
The authority said it will continue working with students to promote responsible choices as part of its Be Plastic Smart campaign.
