    Opposition Leader to convene Public Accounts Committee Meeting on Thursday, invites public

    The Hon. Jamale Pringle, Leader of the Opposition and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), will convene a meeting of that body on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., at the House of Parliament on Queen Elizabeth Highway.

    MP Pringle, through the Clerk of Parliament, has notified all members scheduled to be at the meeting and has presented the Agenda in advance for their perusal.

    Matters to be raised include: Blue Ocean Dredging Progress; Ministry of Works Construction & Maintenance Projects; Building on Friars Hill Road that houses the Ministry of Lands; Government Statutory Boards; Financing of the Ministry of Health; Financing of the Antigua and Barbuda Forensic Services; Financing of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda; and Financing of the Antigua and Barbuda Fire Department.

    The PAC Meeting is open to members of the public, and all electronic and print media houses and journalists are invited to attend.
