As Antigua and Barbuda joins the world in celebrating Father’s Day, the Ministry of Social and Urban Transformation, led by Hon. Minister Rawdon Turner, salutes the dedication, love, and quiet strength of fathers across the nation.

In his Father’s Day post on Instagram, Minister Turner shared a heartfelt message with his followers, reflecting on the personal joys and profound meaning of being a father:

“There is no greater joy than hearing that laugh, feeling those little hands, and knowing that I get to be his dad. This journey is filled with love, lessons, and laughter—and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Grateful for every moment, every cuddle, and every smile like this one.”

Alongside his reflection, Minister Turner offered words of encouragement to all fathers:

“To all the amazing fathers out there, keep showing up, keep loving hard, and keep being the heroes your children see you as.”

Today, the Ministry joins the nation in celebrating the men who pour love into their homes, lead with purpose, and shape the future with every step they take. Your presence matters. Your love endures.

Happy Father’s Day to all the remarkable dads of Antigua and Barbuda.
