    Dear Readers,

I want to give a massive shout out to the young man who works in the Registration department at the Medical Benefits Scheme. Also I want to give the Civil Servant their flowers when they deserve it. I think his name is Mr Gomes from what he told me.

His customer service, knowledge, and helfulness I give a A+++, 1000% great. It is extrememly rare in the Civil Service you encounter such an individual. I huged him and thank hkm and it brought tears to my eyes, it was just unbelievable.

“I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the outstanding customer service I received. From start to finish, you he was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He not ony helped me to renew my card, quickly, but you did it with a level of care and attention that made me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond like you did, and it made a lasting impression.

Thank you again—you’re a true asset to the Medical Benefita Scheme!”
