The Medical Records and Outpatient Clinic Department of the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre (SLBMC) recently demonstrated their commitment to community and education through a special Grade Six Give-Back Initiative.

The department came together to honor and support Agnita Forbes, an outstanding student who ranked among the Top 100 performers in this year’s Grade Six National Assessment Exam.

Agnita, who will be attending Antigua Girls’ High School, received a cash award of $1,370 as a token of encouragement for her dedication, hard work, and academic achievement.

This meaningful initiative was funded by generous contributions from the medical records staff and their colleagues, reflecting their collective passion for empowering young people and investing in the future generation of leaders.

In congratulating Agnita, the team at SLBMC expressed pride in her accomplishments and optimism for her bright future ahead.

“Congratulations once again to Agnita Forbes — your future is bright, and we’re proud to celebrate you,” the department said in a statement.
