    Police urge residents to guard against break-ins and theft

    The police are urging residents to heighten their security awareness and take precautionary measures against break-ins and theft.

    Recently, there have been incidents of break-ins and thefts, and although the offences are not widespread, it has raised serious concerns within the Police Administration.

    To enhance safety and security, the police advise residents to implement proper security measures to secure their homes and other properties.

    Additionally, residents are encouraged to be aware of their surroundings and adopt the following safety measures for their safety:

    1. Ensure that your property is secured at all times by locking all windows and doors.

    2. It is advisable to install proper functioning security systems on your property for your safety, security, and also peace of mind.

    3. Avoid leaving valuable items unattended outside your home or on your property.

    4. Report any suspicious vehicles or persons seen loitering in your area to any police station or call 911.

    The Police Administration assures residents that additional security measures have been implemented to urgently and adequately address this issue.

    The public is urged to continue supporting the efforts of the police as they work to ensure everyone feel safe in the comfort of their homes.
