    𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝖣𝖾𝗉𝖺𝗋𝗍𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍 𝗈𝖿 𝖢𝗎𝗅𝗍𝗎𝗋𝖾 𝖴𝗇𝗏𝖾𝗂𝗅𝗌 𝟨-𝖬𝗈𝗇𝗍𝗁 𝖯𝗅𝖺𝗇 ⁣

    The Department of Culture is excited to kick off 2026 with a bang! Our theme, “Culture in Motion,” reflects our commitment to keeping Antigua and Barbuda’s vibrant cultural scene moving forward.⁣

    𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝟔-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧:⁣

    • Relaunch of National Youth and Children’s Choirs, plus National Youth Pan Orchestra ⁣

    • Cultural History Month (February): special focus on celebrating literature and the written art ⁣

    • Chorale workshop for choir leaders and directors⁣

    • “𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘈𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘜𝘴” documentary series: showcasing local artists and their stories ⁣

    • 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 (March) currently taking submission for all wards including the Lifetime Achievement Award follow the ABNMA on Facebook and Instagram for updates ⁣

    • 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 (March), this years event will be honoring Victor ‘Babu’ Samuel.⁣

    • (July 6-17)Summer in Arts and Culture: 2-week camp and workshop in the cultural arts; Vocals, Instruments, Theatre (Dance and Drama) and Visual Arts.⁣
