Team Antigua and Barbuda have departed for St Lucia ahead of the 2026 Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) Beach Volleyball Championships, which will take place from 1 to 3 May.

The national squad left on Thursday morning as they prepare to compete against some of the region’s top beach volleyball teams in the annual tournament.

In a statement, Volleyball Antigua and Barbuda sent best wishes to the athletes, expressing pride in their selection and urging them to compete with determination and national pride. The organisation said the entire volleyball community stands firmly behind the team.

The athletes will be aiming to deliver strong performances on the sand as they represent Antigua and Barbuda at regional level competition in St Lucia.
