Teachers at Cedar Grove Primary School were recognised on Teachers’ Appreciation Day for their commitment to shaping the lives of young people and contributing to national development.
The educators were treated to lunches sponsored by St. John’s Rural North MP H. Charles “Max” Fernandez, while Senator Angelica O’Donoghue visited the school to personally thank the teachers and principal for their dedication and service.
The celebration also included local juices provided by entrepreneur Dadli Dose.
In recognising the teachers, the ABLP Rural North branch described educators as the foundation of every productive society, noting that their influence reaches far beyond the classroom.
The group said teachers help to nurture confidence, inspire dreams, build character and prepare the next generation for the future.
Teachers at the school were thanked for their continued sacrifice, passion and commitment to the nation’s children.
