The ABWU, which represents the majority of employees within Antigua and Barbuda’s hotel sector, welcomes all efforts aimed at improving the country’s tourism product while uplifting the lives and working conditions of employees.

The Union’s management also commended the organisers and stakeholders involved in hosting the event, noting that tourism remains a vital pillar of the national economy and a key source of employment for hundreds of workers across Antigua and Barbuda.
