The Medical Benefits Scheme is calling on men across Antigua and Barbuda to make prostate health a priority this September through its
Protect Your Prostate: Know. Check. Act.
Calendar Challenge.
Men are often busy taking care of work, family and everyday responsibilities. This month, MBS is encouraging them to make time for their own health too.
To complete the September Challenge, participants must complete all 3 activities:
KNOW
Talk with family members about any history of prostate or related cancers.
SHOW YOUR SUPPORT
Wear BLUE every Friday and participate in a walk or activity that raises awareness about prostate cancer.
CHECK
Get screened and encourage a male friend, coworker or family member to do the same.
MBS is also encouraging wives, partners, relatives, friends and coworkers to support the men in their lives. Wearing blue, starting a conversation, or simply encouraging someone to get checked can help move prostate health from awareness to action.
Be the first male participant to submit a complete and accurate entry with proof of all 3 steps, and you could win a $150 gift voucher from K.M Morgan Men’s Collection.
The deadline for submissions is September 30, 2026.
