Antigua and Barbuda’s Kelesha Antoine is heading to Poland to serve as a FIFA Referee Fitness Instructor at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

The Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) announced Antoine’s latest international assignment on Wednesday, praising her continued contribution to referee development locally and across the Caribbean.

The tournament will run from September 5 to 27 in Poland and feature 24 teams.

Antoine, the ABFA’s Head of Refereeing, is also a member of the Concacaf and Caribbean Football Union referee committees. FIFA lists her as Antigua and Barbuda’s referee coordinator and head of the association’s referees department.

She travelled to Poland directly from the CFU U-14 Challenge Series, where the ABFA said she supported the competition as an administrator and instructor in the CFU’s referee development programme.

Antoine has previously served as a FIFA fitness refereeing instructor at regional training programmes, including the CFU Next Generation Referee Course.

The ABFA congratulated Antoine on the appointment, saying her work continues to strengthen refereeing throughout the region while taking Antigua and Barbuda’s expertise to the international stage.
