Prime Minister Gaston Browne is calling on the owner of a vehicle reportedly abandoned along a road in Hodges Bay to have it removed.

Browne raised the issue in a Facebook post Thursday, saying the white vehicle has been left in the area for about a week and is creating a traffic hazard.

“This vehicle has been abandoned in Hodges Bay for about a week. It’s parked practically in the middle of the road, representing a traffic hazard,” Browne wrote.

He appealed directly to the owner to take action.

“Can the owner please remove this vehicle soonest? Thank you,” the prime minister said.

A photograph accompanying the post shows the vehicle parked partly within the roadway near a residential property.
