A live evening panel discussion featuring Dr. Jerry Simon and other health professionals will take place Oct. 12 at the St. Paul’s Empowerment Centre in Liberta as part of St. Paul’s Health Month 2026.
The event, titled “The Health Conversation We Keep Avoiding,” will be broadcast on WTP Live. According to an announcement by E.P. Chet Greene, the panel will include a guest doctor and local health professionals.
Greene encouraged residents to participate, ask questions and become better informed about their health.
“Let’s talk openly. Let’s ask the questions. Let’s get informed. Most importantly, let’s take charge of our health!” he said.
The discussion follows the St. Paul’s Health Walk, which took participants from the Empowerment Centre in Liberta to Shirley Heights.
Greene thanked those who joined the walk, crediting their energy, support and commitment to better health.
An exact starting time for the Oct. 12 discussion was not provided in the announcement.
